This is the current headline photo of my work. I am still in love with this! It looks so much like my concept drawings!! I wanted to capture a timeless photo - something with movement, stillness, elegance and upscale trashyness. The cigarette butt, long and limp, represents the long stretch of time. The smoke pillowing out of the woman's mouth is at the moment when it is the most entrancing - you cannot tell if it is going in or out of her mouth. Her expression is still, enticing and soft.

I hope to produce more work of this quality!

I recently got a small job at Mode Models in Calgary. I'm just starting out, and my first shoot is on the 13th! It is a huge step for me, and I have worked so hard to get here ... I couldn't be more thrilled.

Christmas is coming up much too quickly, but I'm hoping that I will have time before it gets too cold to do a couple more creative shoots!
