A Day in the Life

This shoot was brutally cold! It was about -30 before the windchill! The models, Jordan and Garrett, were great to work with. I wanted to replicate the depressive state that our economy is in with an inspiration from the images from the Great Depression from the 1920's. You can see in this photograph two young males, sitting on a picnic blanket, in the middle of an industrial wasteland... and instead of shivering or looking for shelter ... the two are grasping hands. 

I don't really like giving the entire meaning to my photographs so I will leave it to you for some interpretation.
